I confess. I had zero clue about baking. But I love chocolate, so that was where I started, from my chocolate lava cakes.... and it was like a beginner's luck, the first one came out great! Then the others were everything ranging from good, okay, to downright bad I had to toss away! Anyway, now my oven and I are one pretty food terms (took a while for me to realize the temperature is actually too high, so I had to turn it down from the recipes), and I'm being more patient and careful. Well, I still got a lot to learn.... but this was one of my first.
