Sci-fi world.

I love science fiction. Especially ones about travelling in space and time, or about the future. My favorite childhood film, apart from The Sound of Music, was Back to the Future.

I'd say simple is the best. I didn't need that much CG to believe we could actually time travel! And these two were soooo funny.

And, growing up, I was fascinated by Gattaca (and Jude Law, of course!). This could become the actual future, who knows.... all those stuff about DNAs are coming true anyway.

And the last scene is perfect. How we all came from particles of the stars. Speaking of which, Ethan Hawke was also in (actually he was the leading actor. But I just like Jude Law and Uma Thurman better than this pretty guy).

So the last film for this post is Daybreakers. Vampires are all the rage now, from Twilight to True Blood, but Daybreakers got that scientist element that I just can't resist. And I wasn't disappointed at all. Ethan Hawke was great, and I think they used enough blood to drown the theater!! How cool would it be to have coffee stands, where you get a choice of how much blood you want in that morning (or rather, evening) coffee....
